I had an appointment for deep cleaning, I was terrified! Once I got there and checked in went straight to business. Hygienist put me at ease and she was extremely careful and gentle to the point that I barely felt the 4 injections! Once the anesthesia kicked in she proceeded with the cleaning in the most efficient and professional way. I even got to relax a little!

I came in today because I had a horrible toothache. Dr. Z was very calm, very professional and put me at ease. I am scared of the dentist but came back to him after 5 yrs because I remembered him being very nice, honest and forthright with what needed to be done. Left an hour later with no more pain and a good plan of action. I had called another dentist before Dr.Z but they were rude and condescending because I havent been on top of coming to the dentist as often as I should. Dr. Z didnt do that at all, he took care of my immediate concerns immediately and layed out a long term plan while being as nice and professional as possible. Great guy, and excellent dentist.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Zipkowitz for almost two years now and I am very happy with the treatment that I received here. I switched from NYU Faculty practice(a very fancy clinic) to Dr. Zipkowitz and I absolutely made the best decision. When I went to NYU, the doctor told me that I need do an implant, plus root canal+crown for the adjacent teeth, and replace another crown on my molar. I was so devastated that I need to do so much dental procedures. Then I came to Dr. Zipkowitz for second opinion. After evaluation, he said that I only need to do one implant, and other procedures are not necessary. Last year, I finished my implant procedures at Dr. Zipkowitz’s office and I am very happy with the result. Most importantly, he saved my other tooth by more conservative procedures. He saved my tooth by simply doing a filling, rather than root canal/crown. I am truly sooooo grateful! Some dentists recommended unnecessary procedures to make money, but not Dr. Zipkowitz! I’m so glad that I didn’t follow the treatment plan recommended by the other dentist. I’m also very happy with the hygienist Michelle. She always spend more than 45 minutes with my teeth and is extremely attentive to details. She is so thorough and gentle with my teeth and I look forward to see her every half year! I will come here as long as I can. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zipkowitz is very very good at what he does! I have been a patient since 2002 and never had a problem with any procedure he, or his referral doctors, have done. Dr. Zipkowitz takes time to understand the situation, and explains everything as he goes. He always is careful and accurate with pain management. If a special appointment is necessary the office will find a slot right away. I have recommended him without reservation to my family and friends. He is a wonderful care provider.

Highly recommend Dr. Zipkowitz and his team. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind, very competent, and patient with my questions. Reception was efficient and accommodating when getting my appointments scheduled, and there was no wait time upon my arrival. After having a comprehensive exam and a full set of X-rays done during my first visit, Dr. Z still did my filling within that same visit. It is clear that Dr. Z truly prioritizes patient care and values my time. The hygienists were also very thorough and gentle during my teeth cleaning.

Blown away by my experience with Dr. Zipkowitz! Dentist visits are usually not the most pleasant experience, but he has a wonderful bedside manner, is super friendly and knowledgeable, and even cleaned my teeth himself. He also showed me how to floss under my retainer which I have never been taught the last 10 years visiting dentists in NYC- attention to detail is not missed here. Feels good to have a dentist I know I will go back to! 100% recommend.
